Singing at St. Brides Castle

Cantabile is a ladies choir founded in September 2006. We sing a mixture of contemporary, classical and sacred music by both Welsh and international composers. Our members come from all walks of life and from across Pembrokeshire, brought together by a common love of singing.

We perform across the whole spectrum of venues in and around the county, from church concerts, weddings and services, to ferry terminals, county shows and more.

Join Us – Beginners and experienced choristers most welcome.

If you want to try us out please come along to our  rehearsal venue in Haverfordwest.  We are a very sociable bunch and would love to see you. Currently rehearsals take place Wednesday evenings, 7.30pm to 9.30pm at Albany Hall, Hill Street, Haverfordwest SA61 1QE.

Current News – Tabloid update for christmas carol and concert.

Cantabile Singers of Pembrokeshire are a group of Ladies who sing for pleasure and also enjoy fund raising for Charity – they spent 2 days at Morrisons in Haverfordwest just before Christmas, entertaining shoppers with Christmas Carols and raised £260 for Morrisons charity of choice Clic Sargent, a children’s cancer charity.

Morrisons have welcomed the choir at Christmas time for quite a while now and  customers look forward to hearing the choir with their pianist/choir director Sam Howley  who is a well known composer, artist, teacher and pianist. He studied at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
